This survey is one of two components that make up the yearly Tribalization of Business Study - the other being a telephone-based qualitative interview with a select number of companies. If you are interested in participating in the qualitative interviews, please fill in your contact information below and someone from our team will contact you shortly.
We hope you will find the time to fill out the complete questionnaire (the survey should take you 20-25 minutes to complete). In return for your help,

. Year after year the Tribalization of Business Study has been recognized as a valuable resource for people trying to understand the impact of social media and communities on their business.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
We are interested in how organizations use social media and online communities as part of their businesses. You may use different types of social media in different parts of your company (i.e., Twitter, Facebook, bulletin boards, discussion threads, email groups, blogs, and wikis. We are interested in your experiences with all of these, but will call them “online communities” throughout the survey for purposes of simplicity. Please keep of all these in mind as you complete this survey.
